What will football be without Guardiola? Well one thing's for sure—we know exactly what the game is like now with him in the forefront—exhilarating!

The Spaniard is certainly one of the most celebrated coaches in the world right now.,
Pep Guardiola retirement
Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola has made the shock declaration that he is already thinking about the end of his coaching career.

Just half a year with his current club. The Spaniard is only six months into life at Manchester City, after joining in July following their three-year pursuit of the 45-year-old.

Loads of trophies for Guardiola who left Bayern Munich after three years and three Bundesliga titles in Bavaria, having previously spent four years as head coach of Barcelona - where he experienced unprecedented success, twice winning the Champions League.

That kind of success is unmatched by any coach this young in the entire world.

The 3 year coaching duration is favoured by the  genius. He signed a three-year deal with City in the summer and Guardiola is a believer that such a time period is the optimum time to devote yourself to one club, to achieve maximum results.

However, despite having only been a coach for less than a decade, he has surprisingly admitted - particularly given he is only six months into his tenure at the Etihad - that "the process of my goodbye has already started."

In the master coach's own words; "I will be at Manchester for the next three seasons, maybe more, but I am arriving at the end of my coaching career, of this I am sure," declared Guardiola, speaking to NBC after City's 2-1 win over Burnley on Monday.

"I will not be on the bench until I am 60 or 65 years old.

"I feel that the the process of my goodbye has already started."

Goodbye to football certainly began with goodbye to his full head of hair.

Indeed,  much has been made of his change in appearance since his early days with Los Cules. Hair loss equals to a lack of enjoying one's passion? At least that's what the special one believes.
His long-time rival Jose Mourinho famously quipping: “If you enjoy what you’re doing, you don’t lose your hair; he's got a bald head. Guardiola doesn't enjoy football."

But for the time being,  he is still one of the most feared performers in the game of football. Causing rivals to quake in their boots
