Coldplay Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow breakup was worst time of singer's life

 A lot of people felt like ColdPlay Front man Chris Martin And Gwyneth Paltrow breakup was a smooth and easy transition, since not much was explained about the immediate aftermath at the time.
But that assumption was way off the mark. The months after the breakup were pure hell for the Rockstar.

Although they pair have remained close friends since their “conscious uncoupling” back in 2014, so you could have been forgiven for thinking that the celebrity couple's breakup was a breezy ordeal.
But recently, Chris admits he felt “completely worthless and nothing to anybody” for a whole year.

“He was in a lot of pain,” says Coldplay’s former manager, Phil Harvey.
“I was worried about him to the extent that I was just glad to get a text, just to know he was OK.” Chris, who describes himself as a “mess” at the time, says of his low points: “It was pretty touch and go.”

He had the support of his mates, during this difficult time, and this helped a great deal in tipping the balance. Fortunately, Chris had bandmates Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Will Champion, along with Phil, to help him. He adds: “It was a challenging period. It was a journey from ultimate loneliness to ultimate togetherness.”



Critics have blasted Blasted the band mercilessly in the past. Chris speaks candidly about this in the documentary marking 20 years of Coldplay. In it, the Bandmates discuss addiction and anxiety, after their songs where called “music to wet the bed to” by Critics But Chris happily accepts being a “figure of ridicule”. It spurs them on to do the next thing regarding their music, much better.
