And his fans reacted with glee, thrilled that their icon has finally dropped the music he'd been working on for months. All the while, he vehemently denied the allegations leveled against him in paris.

Earlier this week, the 29-year-old American singer had been released without charge by French police after a 24-year-old woman claimed she'd been raped by Chris in his five-star Parisian hotel room.
He has denied the allegation.

He was In the City of Paris For fun and business, and after partying, he found himself, innocent or otherwise, in some Parisian Hot water.

Brown had been in the French capital for Paris Fashion Week and was spotted partying at Le Crystal club, near Les Champs-Elysees, where the woman said she met him on the night of January 15.
According to her police statement, Chris had invited her and a friend back to Le Mandarin Oriental hotel after the club. She alleged that she and her friend were separated and she found herself alone with the musician, when he allegedly attacked her.

Two other men, as well as the rapper, had been held over the alleged incident.

But since being released without charge, Chris' French lawyer Raphael Chiche has filed a criminal defamation case against the woman.

"Chris Brown is free. No lawsuits were filed against him. He vigorously challenges the charges against him," said Chiche in a statement.

Chris Brown himself seems to have firmly moved on from the distasteful episode in Europe, as he dropped the long anticipated track.
